Rogeha Studio

Work that holds up on a Tuesday morning

Rogeha Studio brings senior technical experience to complex products. It has led the development of industrial hardware products, from the first requirements to production, and builds software itself: mobile and desktop apps, and AI features that people actually use. Most of that experience comes from medical devices and other regulated industries, where a product has to work, and you have to be able to show why.

What the studio does

01 · Delivery

Technical project management

Hardware and software products, and a project that knows where it really stands.

02 · Building

Software & application development

Apps, and the software that runs on and around hardware products, that keep working once they leave the developer's desk.

03 · AI

AI and LLM integration

A model feature you can depend on, at a cost you knew in advance.

How working with Rogeha Studio is different

Senior from start to finish. There is no account manager, no handover to a junior team after the pitch, and no margin taken on other people's hours: whoever you brief does the work, including the code. Work is taken on where depth matters more than headcount.

Plain reporting. You will hear that something slipped when it slips, not at the deadline. Where a request looks like the wrong thing to build, you will hear that once, clearly, and then get what you decide.

Work you can hand to someone else. Code and project documents come with the reasoning written down: why a decision was taken, and what was rejected. Depending on any one supplier is a risk to you, and the deliverable is meant to reduce it rather than create it.

Work in the open

The clearest way to judge how someone builds is to look at something they built. The studio's own apps are that evidence: each one taken, or on its way, from an idea to a signed build in a store, the part where projects usually go wrong.

They are small, deliberately. Between them they cover two platforms, two app stores, AI from several providers, speech and a connected device, the same ground a client's product has to cross.

The name

Rogeha is the formula for hydrostatic pressure, written phonetically. Read ρ · g · h aloud in German, and you get Ro, Ge, Ha.

The pressure at any point in a liquid is its density, times gravity, times how deep the point lies. Three plain quantities, one line, and it holds at every depth. That is the kind of engineering the studio is named after: simple enough to check, and dependable wherever you apply it. Fitting, then, for a studio known for working well under pressure.

Get in touch

If you have a project that needs senior experience, or one that has stopped moving and you are not sure why, write and describe it. A short reply saying the studio is not the right fit is also an answer you will get.
